Paper Selection and Publishing Process
- Submission Acknowledgement: Once your manuscript is submitted online, an automated system will swiftly issue a letter confirming your submission. Following the receipt of your email submission, the editor or the editorial assistant will efficiently send an official confirmation email to the author within one to three business days. If you do not receive this confirmation, please inspect your spam folder or contact the editorial assistant for additional help.
- Peer Review Process: The editor or editorial assistant assesses if a manuscript aligns with the aims and objectives of the journal. Following this, the similarity index is checked using Crosscheck, a tool provided by iThenticate. Manuscripts that do not conform to the journal’s focus or demonstrate plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected. The journal utilizes a double-anonymous approach for the peer-review process, guaranteeing that both reviewers' and authors' identities remain confidential. The manuscript will be subjected to a peer-review procedure, which includes scrutiny by three specialists. This comprises two independent reviewers and one editor connected with the journal, who usually participate in the evaluation of submissions.
- Decision is Made: The choice to approve or reject an article hinge on the advice given by evaluators. Should there be conflicting opinions among the evaluators, the editor will meticulously review all remarks and arrive at a conclusive verdict, weighing the comprehensive feedback received. Alternatively, if needed, a new round of peer evaluation may be commenced.
- Notification of the Result of Review: The results of the evaluation will be conveyed to the lead author and later distributed to the remaining authors.
